#6 waist
| This
is a measurement of importance. It is an easy
one, but the one with the most misunderstandings. You
already marked the place of your waist out with a
string. Now you just need to measure around it.
The tape has to be pulled firm but still be comfortable.
Do not pull too tight, unless
you're having a corset made and you wish it to
squeeze you a bit but even then
make sure it is not tighter than what you can
bear to wear. For any other gown make sure that
the tape is touching firmly all around
your body even if you only like loose
clothing. It is better to let us know your preferences so
that we can make adjustments while sewing the garment. |
